Advancements in Orgone Energy

8/23/2005 Ron Heath

Many times I had heard of the work of Wilhelm Reich. I had also read
about how he constructed his accumulators. My conclusions at the time were that there
was probably something there, but none Reich's methods of measuring this energy made any sense to me. I do have some experience with high voltage and electrostatics, and the written results of tests with the stated equipment could all be explained with normal electrostatics.
I had also heard of pyramid power, but had not experienced anything
interesting with the ones that I had purchased. Still, I figured that there must be some unknown energy there because of the numerous accounts from witnesses.
Something finally clicked when I read the work of Viktor Stepanovich Grebennikov. It was not a fully conscious click, I just became really interested in gaining more knowledge about this different type of energy.
I went onto ebay and bought a few orgone generators. I also found the construction plans for one of these generators on the web, written by Ken Adachi. I bought some crystals and chopped up some copper wire and added some iron pyrites. These I cast into a funnel with some polyester resin. I was able to feel a weak force of some kind emanating from the top of the completed casting. Although the force diminished somewhat within a couple of days of the curing of the resin, the effect still persists today.
A while later, I re-read the work of Viktor Grebennikov and noticed the detector device with the pencil lead suspended inside of the jar. I built one of these devices and moved the various orgone generators close to the jar. Sure enough, the pencil lead actually moved ! This is not an effect of static electricity because there is water in the bottom of the jar. Also, an electrostatic bag may be placed around the jar and movement is still observed.
I have also had some success with measuring the change in conductivity of a water column with a couple of grains of salt in the column.

This requires a sensitive 1khz bridge and an amplifier to be able to see any change. You need to use platinum electrodes and be careful of wire lengths and shielding. Luckily, Kirkwood Rough was able to lend me these. Kirkwood is an expert in measurements of all kinds and has been a great help in the development of these orgone generators.

When the pencil lead began moving inside of a closed jar is when I really began to get serious about this subject. There really was something measurable and repeatable happening here. Whatever this energy was called, it was something that could be felt and measured. Wilhelm Reich called the energy Orgone, and Viktor Grebennikov called it CSE (Cavernous Structures Effect). I have constructed devices with both names and the energy feels the same. If I place my right hand near one of the devices, I can feel a cool sensation, as if a cool breeze were blowing. My left hand feels a warm sensation. There is no air movement and there is no measurable temperature difference.
The best way to measure the energy is to put your hand around four
inches from the device. With low energy output devices, a slight coolness is felt. When the output is a bit higher, the sensation is of a cool breeze. Higher power devices produce this plus a tingling sensation as if the hand had gone to sleep.
I began by testing different materials and layers of materials. Certain
combinations of metal and organic layers were really strong generators of the energy.
This was my first discovery:
layered materials are more powerful than just casting random shapes into resin. A further refinement of this discovery was that two metals and an organic layer were required for the effect to become directional. You may test this by cutting sheets of copper, wax paper, and aluminum foil into squares (I used circles) around 2 inch on a side (or 2 inch diameter). Place these so that the order is copper foil then aluminum foil, then wax paper, then copper etc. A slightly larger diameter square (circle) of plastic wrap may also be added onto the wax paper in order to hold the layers tighter together. Place around 40 of these layers into a stack and you will feel the cool breeze-like sensation. If you paint the copper and aluminum squares (disks) with polyester resin on one side and let them cure before stacking, the wax paper/plastic wrap may be omitted and fewer layers are required. I can feel the sensation with only 4 layers of copper/resin/resin/aluminum so long as the metal layers are nearly the same thickness and the organic layer is at least twice this thickness. One face of the copper should meet one face of the aluminum with no separator, the other face of each material should see an organic (resin, wax paper, etc.).
There is an ancient Chinese technique involving the layering of copper and silver. While copper/silver is an excellent combination of metals, the omission of the organic layer makes this technique produce artworks with no orgone generating ability whatever. One has to wonder if the knowledge of the organic layer was lost at some point in history.

My second discovery was made using a combination of the evidence of pyramid power, Reich's layering clues and Viktor Grebennikov's inference that an array of shapes would produce orgone energy. I call this discovery the pyramid array orgone
breeze. This device is really powerful. A three level array of 13 pyramids per layer is so powerful that nearly everyone can feel a cool sensation along with a tingly sensation when they put their hand near the front of the device. Each of the pyramids have a height of 0.5 inch and the length of a side is 1/4 * (2 pi * height). This three layer device may be placed across the room from my bed, with a natural quartz crystal mounted in front of the middle pyramid. I wake up energized and find that I sleep much better while using this device. If it is placed too close, I will wake up many times during the night, sometimes with strange dreams. This same result was also confirmed by other people.
I constructed a ten layer device with 13 pyramids per layer, of five metal-metal-organic layers on each pyramid. The device created an unpleasant field in the whole room where it was put together. My observed affects were a slight headache and a psychic buzzing sensation. I believe that these affects were due to the poor construction of the layers that did not allow for proper alignment of the pyramids of each layer. I took this apart and used the levels to make two three level devices and one four level device, each with a natural quartz crystal mounted so that it points away from the front center pyramid. These devices produce powerful affects, but none of the undesirable buzzing. I will be bringing these devices to the Burning Man event. This is the original reason for this posting.
For the 2005 burning man event, I mounted a 4 level device like the one in the picture on my main web page, www.rhwebco.com onto a bamboo pole. I carried the "staff" with me a number of times during the event. Most people could feel the energy coming out of the crystal at the top.
It is now 3/16/06. The most major discovery that I have made since originally posting this page is that the energy is much improved by placing the device onto a limestone or plaster block. I have tried various other substances, but these work the best. It is interesting that the great pyramid of Giza was originally covered with limestone blocks.
There are two units that I am selling on ebay with the name of "Orgone Breeze". There is a small device that is around two inches by three inches by one inch thick. This is great for setting on a table a couple of feet away while reading or a bit farther away while sleeping. I have one next to my monitor at work and another in my car. A place for the orgone breeze in a car should be carefully chosen because it must not be placed within a couple of inches of any iron or steel.
The larger device is 4 1/2 inches square by one and a half inches thick. This one is great for energizing wine or water. It will easily energize a three gallon plastic water jug in 12 hours. I have one that energizes all of the bottled water that I drink at home. I also put a bottle of wine onto one for 24 hours before opening it. The amount of time for wine is really subjective. I like to drink Zinfandel or Merlot. These become much more mellow after 24 hours, but become a bit watery if left on the orgone breeze for longer than a few days. Another largeorgone breeze is placed on a table that is 10 feet away from me while I sleep. This one has a 4 inch fused quartz crystal ball placed in front of it. The crystal ball modifies the energy, making it smoother. Without the crystal it can be difficult to sleep in the same room as a large orgone breeze, but with the crystal I sleep better and wake up more refreshed.

REBALANCING DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC POTENTIAL OF CELL MEMBRANE AND USE THEREOF
Abstract:
A rebalancing device for the electric potential of the cell membrane includes a base support (2), constituted by a epoxy resin including isocyanate and toluol, associated with a piezoelectric mineral composition (3) fit for emitting electromagnetic fields at very low frequency. The piezoelectric mineral composition (3) is constituted essentially by 10-30 % of albite, preferably 15 %, 20-40 % of tourmaline, preferably 30 %, 10-50 % of quartz, preferably 30 %, 10-20 % of chlorite, preferably 13 % and 10-20 % of illite, preferably 12 %.

REBALANCING DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC POTENTIAL OF CELL MEMBRANE AND USE THEREOF TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention refers to the medical devices, in particular refers to a rebalancing device for electric potential of the cell membrane fit to favor the whole intracellular functions, such as the oxygen absorption.

BACKGROUND ART It is known that the cell membrane is a kind of"respiratory apparatus"for the cell since it determines substantially the oxygen introduction and therefore the activity and the functionality of the mitochondrions which are cell organs seat of the respiration and the energy production of the same cell.

In other words, the cell oxygenation and the mechanism of body energy production, better known as Krebs cycle, is strongly influenced by the"transpirability"of the cell membrane that works in optimal way when its electric potential is"balanced." Lacking said balance, the cell membrane badly"transpires", the mitochondrions do not operate with full functionality and, for instance, the lack of oxygenation causes the generation of lactic acid, whose toxicity is known and such to cause a decrement in the energy production of the cell and consequently of the organism in general. In such condition any animal organism feels marked exhaustion, physical resistance decrease causing excessive irritability, nervousness and stress in general.

The known medicines or drugs and therapies are suitable to increase the cell membrane "transpirability"and thus maintaining high the functionality of mitochondrions and the Krebs cycle, but have several drawbacks: the medicines must be administered at regular time intervals and consequently need a customer's special attention and besides they do not have an immediate effect; instead the therapies are applied during the therapeutic sessions needing the customer's necessary availability with consequent logistic difficulties and waste of time.

Other drawbacks in the use of medicines or therapies are due to the beginning of unpleasant collateral effects such as for instance a general sense of numbness or daze.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Object of the present invention is to propose a rebalancing device for the electric potential of the cell membrane fit to improve the cell membrane"traspirability"and therefore to make easier the oxygen intake and the energy production thereof.

Other object is to propose a device fit to cause a vasodilative effect located at least in correspondence of the small peripheral circulation and therefore fit to obtain a beta- blocking effect.

Further object of the present invention is to propose a device having simple production, low cost and easy use.

The objects above-mentioned are achieved according with the content of the claims.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The characteristics of the invention are underlined in the following with particular reference with the attached drawings, in which: -figure 1 shows an axonometric view of a first embodiment of the device object of the present invention; -figure 2 shows an axonometric view of a second embodiment of the figure 1 device; -figure 3 shows a third embodiment of the figure 1 device.

BEST MODE OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION With reference to figure 1, numeral 1 indicates the rebalancing device for the electric potential of the cell membrane including a base support 2 to which it is associated a piezoelectric mineral composition 3 fit for emitting electromagnetic fields at very low frequency.

In the preferred embodiment the base support 2 includes an epoxy resin including isocyanate and toluol, molded as an almost rigid plaque, of the credit card type.

The piezoelectric mineral composition 3 is essentially constituted by: 10-30% of albite, preferably 15%, 20-40% of tourmaline, preferably 30%, 10-50% of quartz, preferably 30%, 10-20% of chlorite, preferably 13% and 10-20% of illite, preferably 12%.

This composition, in micronized granules, is enclosed in homogeneous way into the device 1 in such a way that the so molded plaque emits a homogeneous electromagnetic field at very low frequency, with a wavelength varying from 1 to 30 microns, preferably 9 microns.

The user contacts the device 1 with his body, preferably at the sternum or heart or acupuncture or painful area, for a period of one hour per day at least in order to get the salutary rebalancing effect of the electric potential of the cell membrane, so improving Krebs's cycle thereof.

A usage variant consists in contacting the device 1 with the skin in correspondence of the areas at which the consumer desires to reactivate the peripheral circulation of the small capillaries so vasodilating these latter.

A second embodiment of the device 1, shown in figure 2, provides that the base support 2 is a flexible thin layer of plastic film type so thin to be applied, for instance by means of adhesive, even to curved surfaces of a user and a portable object, for instance the battery of a cellular telephone or a computer monitor or a television.

In a third embodiment of the device 1, shown in figure 3, the base support 2 is constituted by color powder for fabrics or yams 4 to which a percentage of powder of the piezoelectric mineral composition is mixed. Particularly 1-4 grams, preferably 2, of powder of the piezoelectric mineral composition 4 are mixed with 1 kilogram coloring powder for fabrics.

In this case the device 1 is the mixture, constituted by the powders of color and piezoelectric mineral, that is homogeneously distributed in correspondence of the coloring condition of the fabric or yam 4 to which said device must be applied.

It is advantageous to underline that the use of this device 1 allows the rebalancing of the electric potential of the cell membranes also strengthening the global energetic balance of the living body, in such a way that the electro-pollution sources (for instance cellular phones, hairdryers, electric razors and similar apparatuses) do not negatively influence the body.

The main advantage of the present invention is to provide a rebalancing device for the electric potential of the cell membrane fit to improve its"transpirability"and therefore to facilitate the oxygen intake and the energy production thereof.

Another advantage is to provide a device suitable to cause a vasodilative effect located at least in correspondence of the small peripheral circulation.

Further advantage is to provide a device having simple production, low cost and easy use.

United States Patent Application 20050124244
Kind Code A1
Lee, Jong-Hak June 9, 2005

Abstract
The present invention provides a bio-sheet material, and a method and a apparatus of manufacturing the bio-sheet, which has pliability or easincss of cutting by unifying a mixture of at least one healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher, jade, tourmalin, etc., using fiber material, paper, etc., as a medium, which can be maintained in an original shape at natural or heat drying without generating separation of the mixture, and which can shorten the manufacturing time.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a bio-sheet material and its manufacturing method and apparatus, and more particularly to a bio-sheet material and a method and an apparatus of manufacturing the bio-sheet material which has functions such as blockage of harmful toxicity of cement, control of temperature or humidity, absorption of smell, antibacterial action, anti-mold, emission of ultrared ray, purification of air, blockage of electromagnetic waves, prevention from spreading of flame and emitting of toxic gas in a fire, etc., and which can be used as many purposes such as shoe soles, underlining and surface wallpaper for a ceiling, etc., interior fabric for various mats, beds, floor cushions, hygienic pads, diapers and bedclothes, etc.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Conventionally, there are developed sheets for realizing effects of ocher, etc., by providing ocher layers, etc., for wallpapers, pads, hygienic pads, etc. Such developed sheets using ocher, or other healthful mixture (gold, silver, copper, aluminium, charcoal, mugwort, tourmalin, white earth, jade, elvan stone, etc.,) are mostly manufactured by coating, or painting, the mixture on fiber material, wallpaper, etc.

[0003] However, such a manufacturing method has a problem in that, since the ocher or the mixture exists only on the fiber material or paper in case of being manufactured by the coating or the painting method, a layer of the ocher or the mixture is thin and effects of the ocher or the mixture can not be sufficiently achieved.

[0004] If the layer becomes thick, pliability or easiness of cutting in the sheet material, wallpapers, etc., is deteriorated and thus, the general purpose characteristic is also lowered.

[0005] Another problem is that the mixture layer is separated from the fiber material, paper, etc., after a long time has passed. That is, the ocher and/or its mixture becomes a different existence separated from the fiber material, paper, etc.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

[0006] Accordingly, the present invention is made in order to solve the above problems, and one object of the present invention is to provide a bio-sheet material, and a method and an apparatus of manufacturing the bio-sheet, which has pliability or easiness of cutting by unifying a mixture of at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., using fiber material, paper, etc., as a medium, which can be maintained in an original shape at natural or heat drying without separating the mixture from the fiber material, paper, etc., as far as physical force is not added although the bio-sheet material is dipped in water for a long time, and which can shorten the manufacturing time since the manufacturing method is not affected by air bubbles in ocher and its mixture and therefore the bio-sheet material can be used just after being mixed and then dried with no need to be riped for the air bubbles disappearing.

[0007] Considering an old ocher house, the ocher is painted in a mixture with straw as assistant material for unifying the ocher, thereby having purposes for improving the combining force of the ocher and lowering an extent of separation according to a time. The present invention makes up for the above-described disadvantages in the prior arts and modernizes the wisdom of ancestors who built the old ocher house.

[0008] To accomplish the object of this invention, a bio-sheet material is provided in accordance with one embodiment of a bio-sheet material of the invention, which is characterized in that front and rear first material layers are firmly combined as one body with a second material and a first material layer interior of the second material by preparing a first material, in which at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher processed at a high temperature above 1,000.degree. C. or general ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., and a natural bonding agent extracted from natural raw material and/or binder of a synthetic polymer group are mixed, applying the first material thinly to opposite surfaces of, dipping and permeating the mixing material into, a second material or a pliable sheet of fiber material, paper, etc., in a plate shape or a roll shape, such as non-woven cloth, cotton cloth, gauze, etc., and, drying it. A color and a quality of a bio-sheet material, and levels in emission of ultrared rays or far infrared rays, control of a temperature and a humidity, absorption of electromagnetic waves, etc., can vary according to a kind or proportion of the first material.

[0009] Such a bio-sheet material of the present invention, in which at least one of ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., is mixed according to uses, has functions such as blockage of harmful toxicity of cement, control of temperature or humidity, absorption of smell, antibacterial action, anti-mold, emission of ultrared ray, purication of air, blockage of electromagnetic waves, prevention from spreading of flame and emitting of toxic gas in a fire, etc., and can be used as many purposes such as shoe soles, underlining and surface wallpaper for a ceiling, etc., interior fabric for various mats, beds, floor cushions, hygienic pads, diapers and bedclothes, etc., according to pliability, easiness of cutting and unifying force of the bio-sheet material, etc.

[0010] Further, a method of manufacturing a bio-sheet material is provided in accordance with one embodiment of a bio-sheet material manufacturing method of the invention, which is characterized by comprising the steps of preparing a first material in which at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher processed at a high temperature above 1,000.degree. C. or general ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., and a natural bonding agent extracted from natural raw material and/or binder of a synthetic polymer group are mixed, applying the first material thinly to opposite surfaces of a second material or a pliable sheet of fiber material, paper, etc., in a plate shape or a roll shape, such as non-woven cloth, cotton cloth, gauze, etc., by dipping the second material in the mixing material, permeating the mixing material into the second material, and, drying the second material with the first material applied thereto and permeated thereinto at a temperature of 80.degree. C..about.180.degree. C. on condition that the first material applied to the second material does not flow with no interference by at least external force, hot wind, etc., and to the extent that at least fluid and adhesion of the first material does not occur.

[0011] Still furthermore, an apparatus for manufacturing a bio-sheet material is provided in accordance with one embodiment of a bio-sheet material manufacturing apparatus of the invention, wherein front and rear first material layer are firmly combined as one body with a second material and a first material layer interior of the second material by preparing a first material in which at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher processed at a high temperature above 1,000.degree. C. or general ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., and a natural bonding agent extracted from natural raw material and/or binder of a synthetic polymer group are mixed, applying the first material thinly to opposite surfaces of, dipping and permeating the mixing material into, a second material or a pliable sheet of fiber material, paper, etc., in a plate shape or a roll shape, such as non-woven cloth, cotton cloth, gauze, etc., and, drying it, said apparatus being characterized by comprising: a pair of thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (16,35,55,75) for making the thickness of the bio-sheet material constant and uniform by passing the second material with the first material through a constant gap right after thinly applying the first material to, and permeating the first material into, the second material; and, a first drying furnace (17,37a,57a,77a) for drying the second material with the first material applied thereto and permeated thereinto and with no interference at a temperature of 80.degree. C..about.180.degree. C. on condition that the first material applied to the second material does not flow by not being interfered by at least external force, hot wind, etc., and to the extent that at least fluid and adhesion of the first material does not occur, right after passing a pair of thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (16,35,55,75).

[0012] Desirably, the thickness of the bio-sheet material becomes constant and uniform by passing the second material with the first material through a constant gap right after thinly applying the first material to, and permeating the first material into, the second material. It is also further desirable that the drying step under no interference is performed by drawing up the second material with the first material right after thinly applying the first material to, and permeating the first material into, the second material and drying it with an ultrared-ray ceramic heater, thereby removing effect on fluidity by an external force (gravitational force), air flow, etc., and reducing an installation area.

[0013] Also, it is desirable that the second material with the first material is completely dried by being raised and descended approximately in a V or U letter shape under hot wind circulation at a temperature of 50.degree. C..about.120.degree. C. right after the drying step under no interference, thereby further improving spatial efficiency and performing drying deep of the second material with the first material. Meanwhile, it is desirable that the drying time is limited to a short time of 10 minutes and less so as not to destroy useful functions of ocher, etc.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0021] Now, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail With reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0022] In FIGS. 1 and 4, general block diagrams for explaining embodiments of a method of manufacturing a bio-sheet material according to the present invention are illustrated.

[0023] First, a fundamental method of manufacturing a bio-sheet material in accordance with the invention is characterized by comprising the steps of preparing a first material (1) in which at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher processed at a high temperature above 1,000.degree. C. or general ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., and a natural bonding agent extracted from natural raw material and/or binder of a synthetic polymer group are mixed, applying the first material (1) thinly to opposite surfaces of a second material (2) or a pliable sheet of fiber material, paper, etc., in a plate shape or a roll shape, such as non-woven cloth, cotton cloth, gauze, etc., by dipping the second material (2) in the mixing material or the first material (1), permeating the mixing material into the second material (2), and, drying the second material (2) with the first material (1) applied thereto and permeated thereinto at a temperature of 80.degree. C..about.180.degree. C. on condition that the first material (1) applied to the second material (2) does not flow with no interference by at least external force, hot wind, etc., and to the extent that at least fluid and adhesion of the first material (1) does not occur. A binder (polyzol), corn starch, Macsumsuk(compound word of elvan stone and amphibole), ceramic powder, distilled water, other natural bonding material may be taken as examples of the natural bonding agent, and a schematic configuration of the bio-sheet material manufactured in such a manner is characterized in that front and rear first material layers (3,4) are firmly combined as one body with a second material (2) and a first material layer interior of the second material (2), as illustrated in FIG. 3c. Thus, the bio-sheet material has superior pliability and easiness of cutting, thereby being able to use as a general purpose. Also, the first material (1) of the mixture is not separated from the fiber material, paper, etc., as far as physical force is not added although the bio-sheet material is dipped in water for a long time, and the bio-sheet material can be maintained in an original shape at natural or heat drying, and thus any type of bonding is facilitated. And, since it is easy to bond the bio-sheet material with an adhesive agent of any purpose, the bio-sheet material can be used as many purposes such as underlining and surface wallpaper for a wall, a ceiling, etc., interior fabric for various mats, beds, floor cushions, hygienic pads, diapers and bedclothes, etc. Furthermore, contamination by the mixture does not occur, and the bio-sheet material has its own efficiencies.

[0024] Still furthermore, the second material (2) is dipped in the first material (1) and the first material (1) is permeated into the second material (2), which are not affected by air bubbles in ocher and its mixture. Therefore, the bio-sheet material can be used just after being mixed and dried with no need to be riped for the air bubbles disappearing and the manufacture time can be shortened.

[0025] Furthermore, the bio-sheet material can be manufactured with a thickness of approximately 0.2.about.3 mm by such a method thereby having superior efficiencies such as blockage of harmful toxicity of cement, control of temperature or humidity, absorption of smell, antibacterial action, anti-mold, emission of ultrared ray, purication of air, blockage of electromagnetic waves, prevention from spreading of flame and emitting of toxic gas in a fire, etc. In particular, in case of being used as shoe soles, such a bio-sheet material has much effect described above such as superior aborption power of sweat or humidity, etc., thereby removing smell and having efficiencies for a foot health. Meanwhile, although the bio-sheet material does not almost vary in a shape before or after processing, it varies in a color after processing according to a kind or proportion of the first material (1). For examples, a white color of a gauze or fiber texture, nonwoven fiber, etc., as the second material (2) before processing is changed to an ocher yellow color (in case of containing ocher), a grey color (in case of containing ceramic or elvan stone), a black color (in case of containing charcoal), a rat-grey color (in case of containing ocher, elvan stone, zeolite, ceramic, charcoal, etc.), a green-group color (in case of containing a mixture of a plant such as white earth, mugwort, etc., and ocher), a yellow color.multidot.a pink color.multidot.a flesh color (in case of containing ocher, white earth, jade, etc., and being changed according to their proportions), a pale yellow color (in case of containing bentonite, jade, etc.,) etc., thereby enabling manufacture of the bio-sheet material of various colors. Furthermore, it is desirable that, in case the proportion of mixing the natural adhesives and ocher, elvan stone, others (charcoal, etc.) is between 1:0.5 and 1:0.75, the bio-sheet material is used as lining paper or verious seat interior material, while in case the proportion of mixing the natural adhesives and ocher, elvan stone, ceramic, others (charcoal, etc.) is between 1:0.75 and 1:1, the bio-sheet material can be used as shoe soles.

[0026] In FIGS. 1, and 5 to 7, a schematical construction drawing for explaining embodiments of an apparatus for manufacturing a bio-sheet material according to the present invention are illustrated.

[0027] First, an apparatus manufacturing the bio-sheet material of the present invention with mass-production, as shown in FIG. 2, supplying means (11,12) for supplying the second material (2), a first material tank (14) for supplying the first material (1), a permeation guide roller (13), a pair of thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (16), a drying furnace (17), and, a pair of rear transportation and first levelling rollers (19) and/or a pair of second levelling rollers (20), said apparatus being capable of further comprising an inspection and cutting table (21) and a coiler (22).

[0028] The second material (2) is a pliable and porous sheet of fiber material, paper, etc., such as non-woven cloth, cotton cloth, gauze, etc. For supplying the second material (2) in a roll type, the supplying means comprises an uncoiler (11) and an uncoiling-control roller (12), as shown. For supplying the second material (2) in a plate shape, a palette, a pusher, etc., may be included, but not shown.

[0029] The first material tank (14) for supplying the first material (1) contains the first material (1), in which at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher processed at a high temperature above 1,000.degree. C. or general ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., and a natural bonding agent extracted from natural raw material and/or binder of a synthetic polymer group are mixed with each other. Preferably, the extension part (14a), as shown in FIG. 2, may be comprised so that the remaining first material (1) flows into the main first material tank (14) after the thickness of the second material (2) with the first material (1) applied thereto and permeated thereinto is controlled by the thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (16).

[0030] As shown, the second material (2) is guided by and passed in contact with an upper part of the permeation guide roller (13) being rotated, and said permeation guide roller (13) is dipped in the first material tank (14) in a lower part, so as to dip the second material (2) in the first material (1) and to permeate the first material (1) into the second material (2). Also, the permeation guide roller (13) is not limited to such a construction, but can be contructed so as for the second material (2) to pass in contact with the lower part thereof, as in the after-mentioned embodiments.

[0031] Said pair of thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (16) are constructed so as to make the thickness of the bio-sheet material constant and uniform by passing the second material (2) with the first material (1) through a constant gap right after thinly applying the first material (1) to, and permeating the first material (1) into, the second material (2), and so as to return the remainding first material (1).

[0032] Furthermore, a front and/or rear assistant roller (15) may be additionally comprised after and/or before the permeation guidance roller (13) so as for the second material (2) to be transported exactly to the first material (1) for permeation.

[0033] As shown in FIG. 2, the rear transportation and first levelling rollers (19) may be provided for passing the second material (2) with the first material (1) through the first drying furnace (17) without any interference after the thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (16) without any guide roller, and/or the transportation conveyor (18) may be included for transporting the second material (2) with the first material (1) so as to completely dry it by passing it through the first drying furnace (17) without any relative movement after contacting into the conveyor. Also, the second levelling roller (20) may be further comprised for levelling a dried product.

[0034] Preferably, an inspection and cutting table (21) and a coiler (22) may be additionally included after the second levelling roller (20) so as to cut the dried product into a constant size, and inspect it for producing the dried and levelled bio-sheet material of a constant size.

[0035] A method of manufacturing the bio-sheet material by the above-mentioned apparatus for mass-production will be described in detail together with FIG. 1. The preparing step is performed by mounting the second material (2) of a roll type onto the uncoiler (11) in step Si and containing the first material (1) in the first material tank (14) in step S2, and then, when the apparatus is operated, the step of uncoiling the second material (2) from the roll with passing through the uncoiling-control roller (12) and controlling a transportation speed is performed (step S3).

[0036] Subsequently, the first material (1) contained in the first material tank (14) is permeated into the second material (2) by means of the permeation guide roller (13) with the second material (2) guided by means of the assistant rollers (15) after and/or before the step of permeating the first material so as for the second material (2) to be transported exactly to the first material (1) for permeation(in step S4). Then, in step S5, the first material (1) applied to the second material (2) is evenly distributed by means of the thickness-control and mixture-leveling roller (16) after the rear guiding step, and the remaining first material (1) after being controlled flows into the main first material tank (14) through the extension part (14a).

[0037] The second material (2) permeated and evenly distributed by the first material (1) is dried by passing through the drying furnace (17) properly maintained at a proper temperature using the rear transportation and first levelling rollers (19) or the transportation conveyor (18) in step S6, and is levelled by means of the first transport and levelling roller (19) and/or the second transport and levelling roller (20) after drying (step S7 and S8).

[0038] Then, in the inspection and cutting table (21), the dried product is cut into a constant size, and inspected for producing the dried and levelled bio-sheet material of a constant size (step S9). When the cutting is not necessary, only inspection is performed, and then, the production is completed by coiling the product on the coiler (22) for a roll type and wrapping it (step 10).

[0039] The feature in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 7, is to comprise a pair of upper transportation and levelling rollers (38a,58a) and/or a transportation roller (76b) for vertically drawing and transporting the second material (2) with the first material (1) by means of a guide roller (36,56,76a) so as to pass the first drying furnace (37a,57a,77a) without any interference. Also, an ultrared-ray ceramic heater (90) is installed in the first drying furnace (37a,57a,77a) for heating the second material (2) with the first material (1) so as to minimize interference by hot wind during the transportation.

[0040] A second drying furnace (37b,57b,77b) is provided for completely drying the second material (2) with the first material (1) by being raised and descended approximately in a V or U letter shape therein by means of the guide roller (39,59,79) and the transportation and levelling roller (38b, 58b, 78) arranged after the upper transportation and levelling rollers (38a,58a) and/or the transportation roller (76b). When a pair of transportation and levelling rollers are installed approximately before and after the V or U letter shape, the transportation speed can be maintained constant.

[0041] In FIG. 7, the second drying furnace (77b) is structured to circulate hot wind by comprising a partition wall (94) and a hot-wind circulation fan (95), by which the hot wind passing a heater (91) in a lower passage (93) flows up and then returns to a return room (92). The second furnaces (37b,57b) of FIGS. 5 and 6 can be similarly constructed in the hot-wind circulation structure.

[0042] Further, as in FIGS. 5 and 7, the guide roller (36,76a), the transportation and levelling rollers (38a,38b,78) and/or the transportation roller (76b) can be installed outside the drying furnace so as to cool the second material (2) with the first material (1) dried and combined and so as to facilitate removal of dust, etc., and maintenance, or can be installed inside as shown in FIG. 6 in order to prevent heat waste and increase drying efficiency. In the former case, it is possible to check at the middle whether the bio-sheet material is properly manufactured since the bio-sheet material is completely exposed before being dried completely.

[0043] A method of manufacturing the bio-sheet material by the above-mentioned apparatus having such a structural feature according another embodiments will be described in detail together with FIG. 4.

[0044] In step S11 to step S13, the preparing step is performed by mounting the second material (2) of a roll type onto the uncoiler (31,51,71), containing the first material (1) in the first material tank (34,54,74), uncoiling the second material (2) by the upper transportation and levelling rollers (38a,58a) and/or the transportation roller (76b) through the guide rollers (32,52,72) from the uncoiler (31,51,71) and winding a little the second material (2) to the coiler (42,62,82) with passing the whole line so as to enable transportation of the second material (2), and then, when the apparatus is operated, the step of uncoiling the second material (2) by the upper transportation and levelling rollers (38a,58a) and/or the transportation roller (76b) through the guide rollers (32,52,72) from the uncoiler (31,51,71), and then winding a little the second material (2) may be performed (step S12). Thus, in the uncoiler (31,51,71) of FIGS. 5 to 7, the second material (2) can be uncoiled by the upper transportation and levelling rollers. (38a,58a) and/or the transportation roller (76b) with no need to control the speed.

[0045] Then, in step S14, the first material (1) contained in the first material tank (34,54,74) is permeated into the second material (2) by means of the permeation guide roller (33,53,73). That is, while the second material (2) is transported upwardly by the upper transportation and levelling rollers (38a,58a) and the transportation roller (76b) after passing a lower surface part of the permeation guide roller (33,53,73), the second material is dipped in the first material (1) in the tank, which is permeated into the second material through opposite surfaces of the second material (2). Just thereafter, in step 15, the second material (2) with the first material (1) is vertically and upwardly passed through a constant gap between the thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (35,55,75) for making the thickness of the bio-sheet material constant and uniform, and so that the remaining first material (1) flows into the lower first material tank. Preferably, the gap between the thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (35,55,75) is controlled so as to control a thickness of a bio-sheet material.

[0046] Subsequently, while the second material (2) with the first material (1) applied thereto and permeated thereinto and with the thickness controlled is vertically and upwardly transported, the second material (2) with the first material (1) applied thereto and permeated thereinto is dried in the first drying furnace (37a,57a,77a), particularly by the ultrared-ray ceramic heater with no interference at a temperature of 80.degree. C..about.180.degree. C. (step S16). Thus, the first material (1) of the upper and lower bio-layers (3,4) does not flow because of being dried with no interference, and the uniform thickness formed by the thickness-control and mixture-leveling rollers (35,55,75) can be maintained constant as it is. Then, although the second material (2) with the first material (1) comes in contact with the guide rollers (36,56,76a), the first material (1) can not be separated from the second material (2) by being dried to the extent that at least fluid and adhesion of the first material (1) does not occur, and thus, inferior products are not generated in the upper and lower bio-layers (3,4) formed with the first material (1). In step S17, the second material (2) with the first material (1) continues being transported by means of the upper transportation and levelling rollers (38a,58a) and the transportation roller (76b) through the guide rollers (36,56,76a), and levelling of the bio-sheet material can be achieved.

[0047] Furthermore, in steps S18 and S19, the second material (2) with the first material (1) is completely dried by being raised * and descended approximately in a V or U letter shape by means of the guide rollers (39,59,79) under hot wind circulation at a temperature of 50.degree. C..about.120.degree. C., and then is passed through the transportation and levelling roller (38b,58b,78) in the upper portion of the second drying furnace (37b,57b,77b), thereby being levelled and improving spatial efficiency. In FIG. 7, the hot wind passing through the heater (91) in the lower passage (93) of the second drying furnace (77b) flows up for drying the first material (1) which is applied to, and permeated into, the second material (2), and then returns to the return room (92) for circulation by operation of the hot-air circulation fan (95). Thus, drying efficiency can be increased and drying even a deep inside of the bio-sheet material is faciliated, thereby obtaining stabilization of the product. However, it is desirable that the drying time is limited to a short time of 10 minutes and less so as not to destroy useful functions of ocher, etc.

[0048] Then, the dried bio-sheet material is horizontally transported by means of the guide rollers (40a,40b,60a,60b,80a,80b) and, in the inspection and cutting table (41,61,81), the dried product is cut into a constant size, and inspected for producing the dried and levelled bio-sheet material of a constant size (step S20). When the cutting is not necessary, only inspection is performed, and then, the production is completed by coiling the product on the coiler (42,62,82) for a roll type of the bio-sheet material (5a) as shown in FIG. 3b and wrapping it (step 21). Even in this case, the sectional structure of the bio-sheet material is as explained above in connection with FIG. 3c.

[0049] By virtue of the configuration and acting of the bio-sheet material and its manufacturing method and apparatus in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention described above, at least one of healthful natural minerals or plants such as ocher, jade, tourmalin, white earth, mugwort, charcoal, elvan stone, silver, zeolite, aluminium, copper, gold, etc., and one of fiber material, paper, etc., are unified as the bio-sheet material so as to have functions such as blockage of harmful toxicity of cement, control of temperature or humidity, absorption of smell, antibacterial action, anti-mold, emission of ultrared ray, purication of air, blockage of electromagnetic waves, prevention from spreading of flame and emitting of toxic gas in a fire, etc., and thus the bio-sheet material has pliability or easiness of cutting and is maintained in an original shape at natural or heat drying without generating separation of the mixture from the fiber material, paper, etc., as far as physical force is not added although the bio-sheet material is dipped in water for a long time. Therefore, the bio-sheet material can be used as many purposes such as shoe soles, underlining and surface wallpaper for a ceiling, etc., interior fabric for various mats, beds, floor cushions, hygienic pads, diapers and bedclothes, etc., and the manufacturing time can be shorten since the manufacturing method is not affected by air bubbles in ocher and its mixture and therefore the bio-sheet material can be used just after being mixed and dried with no need to be riped for removing the air bubbles.

APPARATUS FOR TREATING LIVING BODIES
The present invention relates to apparatus for treating living bodies, especially human bodies, although animal bodies are not excluded.

In recent years, alternative systems of therapy, frequently having their basis in Asian systems of medicine, have become popular. For example the Chinese system of acupuncture, involving insertion of needles into certain points of the body on "meridian lines", is used extensively.

The inventors have found that the use of such acupuncture needles may be enhanced by their connection to devices which have previously been used in other systems of therapy, involving so-called orgone energy.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides apparatus for treating a living body, comprising a metallic needle for penetrating body skin, and a metallic wire means having, aproximal end connected or connectable to the needle, and a distal end of the wire means extending into the interior of a sealed container, and being suspended in free space within the interior, the sealed container having an exterior wall being formed with an outer non-metallic surface and an inner metallic surface, and a multilayered construction being formed of successive layers of metallic and non-metallic material disposed between the inner and outer surfaces.

The inventors have found that beneficial effects may also be obtained by the direct application of the wire means to body skin, without the use of an acupuncture needle.

More generally therefore, the present invention provides in a second aspect, apparatus for treating a living body, comprising a metallic wire means having a proximal end adapted for application to the skin of a human body, and a distal end of the wire means extending into the interior of a sealed container, and being suspended in free space within the interior, the sealed container having an exterior wall being formed with an outer non-metallic surface and an inner metallic surface, and a multilayered construction being foiTned of successive layers of metallic and non-metallic material disposed between the inner and outer surfaces.

As preferred, the wire means is covered along its length with a nonmetallic sheath, although its ends are bare. As preferred the wire means is a single continuous wire. The wire is preferably secured in a junction box of the container, adjacent a sealed entry point for the wire into the container. The junction box preferably includes a metallic member securing the wire, and at this point the wire may be broken so that a flirther short length extends into the container.

The wire may be single stranded or as preferred multistranded. The strands or strands may be formed into a ball suspended within the container, or as preferred the strands may be spaced from one another and extend into the interior of the container. More than one metallic wire means may extend from the container, for connection to respective acupuncture needles.

The sealed container may have a box configuration, with all the exterior walls thereof being formed of the aforesaid multilayered construction. The dimensions of the box are typically one foot (25 cm.) square.

It will be appreciated that such containers have previously been used for therapy, but commonly of a size to enable a patient to sit within the container. However smaller containers have previously been proposed, with a hollow steel funnel extending from the container, for pointing in a direction towards an area to be treated.

2 Brief Description of the Drawings

A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

Figures 1, 2 and 3 are respectively front, side and plan views of the container forming part of the apparatus according to the invention; and Figures 4 and 5 are respectively cross-sectional views of the bottom exterior wall and sides and top exterior wall of the container of Figure 1.

lo Figure 6 is a cross section through the side elevation showing the junction box.

Description of the Preferred Embodiment

Referring now to figures 1 to 3 of the drawings, acupuncture needles 2, 4 have copper ends remote from the needle point to which the proximal ends of respective metallic wire means 6, 8 are connected via metallic crocodile clips 10, 12. In a modification, the wire ends may be wrapped directly around the needles. The wires have plastic sheaths 14, but their free ends are bared at the connection with the crocodile clips. The distal ends of the wires are coupled to terminal members 16, 18 which are inserted into ajunction box 20 having an internal metallic body member 2 1. The junction box is secured to the top exterior wall 22 of a container 24, in the form of a square box. A single section 26 of multistranded wire extends from the metallic body member 21 directly through a sealed aperture 28 in the top wall 22 into the sealed interior. The bared ends 30 of the strands are separated from one another and extend into the interior, freely suspended within the interior, without making contact with any other part of the container.

The box has side walls 32, a bottom wall 34 and protective beading 36 along its exterior edges. Abstract of DE19915730
Method for increasing the gravitational field energy density in an orgone accumulator comprises: (a) applying a DC voltage to a sheath electrode to strengthen the electric field in a nonconductor surrounding an electrical conductor, where the electric field can be varied by controlling the DC voltage; and/or (b) using a material with good magnetic properties to strengthen the magnetic field of the electrical conductor.

The invention concerns a mechanism for the reinforcement of the gravitational field energy density with layer accumulators, which are used for welfare purposes, biological and technical purposes for the improvement of the use characteristics of solid, liquid and gaseous materials.

Generally layer accumulators are well-known, which are alternately laminated with electrical nonconductors and conductors and produce a gravitational field energy, which are used in the medicine and for the influence of biological and technical systems. The layerings are surface-like or after other geometrical forms, like z. B. cylindric, implemented.

All these layer accumulators produce of the materials used by the surface, the number of layers and the characteristics dependent gravitation field power density.

In order to produce a gravitational field energy sufficient for the respective targeted application density, surface and number of layers must usually be large, which requires a relatively high technical-economic expenditure, connected with a voluminösen size.

An adjustment of the gravitational field power density to changing operating conditions, z. B. with layer accumulator water treatment devices to different flow rates, is not possible.

Dr. William realm developed and built the first so-called Orgon energy layer accumulator for heilkundliche purposes (he called the gravitational field energy Orgonenergie, derived from organism energy) for 1940 in the USA. As eletrischen nonconductor it used Glaswatte, as an electrical conductor steel wool. In order to treat the entire human organism energetically, its accumulator was so large that humans had therein place.

It specified the gravitational field power density by the number of layers, which affected the wall thicknesses and irradiation duration of stopover.

In the DE 297 02 380-2 the production is described by gravitational field energy by the interconnection by electrical and magnetic energy fields by means of achievement entry in coils. This solution is technically/economically more complex, than a layer accumulator and preferably only with mains voltage realizable.

The task is appropriate for the invention to reason to create one technically/economically unaufwendige mechanism with reduced size for versatile targeted applications to increase and make the gravitational field power density of a layer accumulator adjustable.

The versatile targeted applications are for example the bioenergetic loading of plants, animals and humans, z. B. for the stabilization of the immune system, the treatment of water, in order to lend and transform the lime crystals into a fine-crystalline form to it clockwise rotating characteristics, prevent their adhering, the destruction of the growth conditions of germs, the increase in output and exhaust reduction of burn machines and plants, the increase of the degrees of hardness of steel.

The task is solved according to invention by the characteristics of the patent claim 1. Further detallierte arrangements of the invention are described in the requirements 2 to 6.

The advantage of the solution consists of the fact that without energy entry the gravitation field power density can be substantially increased with layer accumulators and made adjustable and that electricity mains independent battery operation are possible, which lasts an extremely long time when using lithium batteries. A further advantage consists of the fact that the cladding electrodes are arranged with the layering by several leaders and nonconductors within the layering and at least one leader with nonconductors wrap.

The invention is more near described below in a remark example. The associated designs show:

Fig. 1: Arrangement of the layering of electrical nonconductors and leaders with cladding electrodes with a layer accumulator for the production of a higher gravitational field power density.

Fig. 2: Vektordiagramm with individual field vectors standing perpendicularly one on the other.

To the remark example it applies that the materials firmly, liquid or gaseously at the layer accumulator in containers such as z, which can be treated. B. in pipes to be directed, in its proximity stationed or the layer accumulator is led past the materials, whereby the transmission of the gravitational field energy can be supported on the media through purpose in accordance with formed metal parts. That applies also to the irradiation of plants, animals or humans.

In the remark example after Fig. 1 are arranged an electrical conductor 1, two electrical nonconductors 2 and two cladding electrodes 3 in the layer structure.

From physics it is well-known that in an electrical conductor electrons in a certain distance circle the atomic nucleus. Thus develop rivers, which produce magnetic micro fields. This happens freely and unordered. If one wraps the metallic leader 1 into two nonconductors 2, the electrical charges on the nonconductors cause 2 that the electrons circle arranged in the leader 1 in the area between the nonconductors 2.

Between the electrical field E formed by the nonconductors 2 the magnetic field H develops in the metallic leader 1.

The field vectors (Fig. 2) E and H overlay right-angled and it develop the cross product E x H = G (gravitational field energy).

If one puts an electrical tension to the cladding electrodes 3, E is determined by this and therefore also G.

If one makes the electrical tension adjustable, G changes in similar way. Improves one the magnetic characteristics of the metallic leader 1, by one z. B. Permanetmagnete or magnetized steel begins, becomes H more largely and in similar way G.

To optimize one knows the layer accumulator, as, as described, E and H are increased.

The polarity arrangement of DC voltage at the cladding electrodes 3 puts the direction of the E-vector firmly (Fig. 2).

A polarity reversal changes the E-vector by 180 degrees and also the vector direction of G (Fig. 2, broken).

For the polarity definition technological and user-specific criteria are determining.

Abstract of DE19902369
The equipment includes e.g. a compress, collar or bandage made of plastic or rubber mixed with quartz flour. Independent claims are included for the following: (a) a method for producing the device in which the quartz and plastic granules are mixed, the plastic is melted and the mixture is molded; (b) a Bione accumulator (1), used in orgone therapy, consisting essentially of a Dr. Wilhelm Reich accumulator in which a quartz element (5) and ultraviolet light source (4) are included. The quartz is located for excitation into oscillation by the ultraviolet light source. This imparts energetic information to it. Preferred features: The plastic is an elastomer. An additional chamber provides for inflation, e.g. using air. In the pad of the compress, a cavity is included for enriched and informed quartz flour. In manufacture, casting, injection molding or pressing is employed.

The invention refers to a device for application in the Bion or Orgontherapie as well as to a procedure for the production of such a device.

For the execution of a Orgontherapie already Bion accumulators or also Orgon accumulators are well-known. These accumulators find everywhere there employment, with that for example to blood and the remaining organs of a human body by up and/or. Reload with a vital Orgonenergie to be supplied must.

Measurements show that all healthy organs have high Orgon of portions, ill organs however less Orgonanteile exhibit. By reloading and/or. In all other respects load by means of this therapy facility, those on the discoverer Dr. William realm to lead back is and nowadays in innumerable nature welfare practices and hospitals employment finds, can a fast recovery of all kind be caused.

With the past Orgon accumulators it concerns a so-called therapy emitter, which is developed as hollow bodies, whereby with a remark example of the hollow bodies to a side approaches conical and at this side also an opening proves.

The Orgon accumulator must be loaded by means of cosmic energy. The admission of the cosmic energy happens passively and depends crucially on the day and night rhythm, weather front and for example smog.

For lengthening time therapies for example 09 090 pieces of clothing are well-known from the DE 298, with which in defined places in the piece of clothing by UV light enriched/informed quartz powder for the execution of the Orgontherapie are enclosed.

Here it is now suggested that the informed quartz powder, which is welded into plastic small bags preferably is by means of one solvable attachable seal to certain parts of the body of humans attachable, in order to accomplish so purposefully depending upon application and medical indication an appropriate therapy individually.

A substantial disadvantage of the latter device consists of the fact that in a very complex and procedure which can be accomplished usually by hand the enriched informed/quartz powder into prefabricated plastic small bags be brought and afterwards welded must.

Besides it can happen that due to the grit of the quartz powder or a bad welding seam the small bag and/or. Package tears and so the quartz powder uncontrolled to flow out can.

This happens in particular if the packages are damaged by a mechanical load, which can be caused by body movement.

Therefore the task consists of creating a device as well as procedures for the production of the device by means of which easily and way quartz powder can be seized and held compactly and mechanically loadable as well as.

The principle of the solution of the task consists of it, quartz powder as well as a plastic mixing india rubber or similar material so that the quartz powder is directly in the plastic, india rubber or similar material embedded.

The solution of the task consists of the fact that the mechanism exhibits the form of a Kompresse, a seal or a bandage or such a thing for the admission of the quartz powder, whereby this consists of a plastic, an india rubber or a similar material and the quartz powder is mixed with this plastic, india rubber or similar material and so a unit closed in itself forms.

The procedure according to invention for the production of a device for application in the bio or Orgontherapie is characterized by the following process steps: a) Mix from quartz and plastic granulates b) Melt opens of the plastic granulates, c) Fill the melted plastic granulates and the quartz granulates contained in it into an appropriate form.

In the following of the term plastic granulates is spoken, then is besides by it india rubber granulates or a similar material to be understood.

A substantial advantage of the invention consists of the fact that easily and way quartz powder, that enriched and/or. it is informed, is kept in such a manner that this can withstand quite mechanical loads, without the mechanism tears for the keeping of this quartz powder, so that this can withdraw.

A further advantage of the device consists of the fact that the enriched and informed quartz powder is mixed with a flexible plastic, an india rubber or a similar material, for example in silicone. It is possible to arrange flexible and Kompressen ductile flexible in itself and to attach those by a simple adjustment, which are arranged either separately or already directly directly in a cushion-like element, to any part of the body.

Since the device is manufactured by syringes, pouring, presses or deleting in a form of aufgeschmelzten plastic granulates as well as the quartz powder, it is conceivable that the Kompresse, seal or bandage exhibit the form of a part of the body directly. Thus for example a seal can being arranged at joints, like the elbow or the knee, which sets itself directly on the roundnesses of the part of the body and also accordingly ?takes part in movements?, without the seal separates from the surface of the part of the body. For this the base is preferably plattenförmig trained.

In order to avoid a sweating underneath the Kompresse, planned drillings are already arranged in the device in the production process, which permit an air interchange on both sides to the device.

A further alternative execution of the device consists of it, one heat shrinkage-ends plastic to plan.

By this execution it is possible that in a first step the device is adapted to an appropriate part of the body by heat applying, for example with a hair dryer is in such a manner changed that this device keeps then also its form.

The arrangement with the device according to invention permits it also that directly with the production process to the sides of the device catch elements are one-piece trainable. This catch element can be in such a manner arranged that to both sides rubber-like volumes with in each case a closing element away-extend, so that the device is simply attachable to a part of the body, for example at a foot or at an arm.

For the production of the device preferably the use of recyclingable plastic, india rubber or similar material is intended.

Over this device and/or. the enriched and informed quartz embedded in the device ?to load?, it is necessary, the plastic, to train india rubber UVsteadily or similar material.

Likewise, the device in form of a Kompresse is intended to train seal or bandage in such a manner that this is attachable at kind of part of the body, like shoulders, elbow, hand and kneeling as well as foot joints. This is however necessary only if the preferably actually rag-like trained base cannot be put optimally to the appropriate surfaces or it can adapt by stretching the base accordingly.

Alternatively to the quartz powder already introduced each swinging and Bionen sending material can be used.

A further substantial advantage of the invention consists of the fact that this is very strike compatible. This meant that the base can be applied directly on the skin surface, without causing for example allergische reactions.

Besides can be sterilized, cooked during a special arrangement of the invention of the bases or be washed for example in the washing machine.

In the design a kissenförmige device according to invention is represented.

This essentially consists of the base of the device 1, as well as to the base linked catch element 2, which consists again of two lax ones, 3 and 4, laterally of the base the 1 away-extend. The base 1 does not exhibit a cavity for the admission of the quartz powder (suggested by points of quartz 5). The quartz powder is distributed over the entire surface of the base.

In dependence of a strike-compatible material choice of the base 1, this can be both in itself flexibly, flexibly, flexibly its and colored arranged. Besides it exhibits the characteristic that the base sterilizes 1, to be cooked or washed can. As materials india rubber or silicone can be planned.

In order to avoid a sweating on the lower surface 6 of the base 1, 7 through-holes 8 for the better air interchange, extending to the lower surface 6, are been careful of the top side.

Alternatively for the past remarks can be also planned to include the informed quartz powder during the treatment process into a cavity in the base.

The execution time only one remark example represented in the figure.

Due to the material choice of the base 1 it is conceivable to arrange this also in arbitrary forms and sizes.

WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS USING PROPOLIS Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus using propolis capable of purifying water by eliminating microorganism and various harmful substances contained in water in such a manner that a water treatment apparatus of the present invention is installed at an outer side of a water pipe using propolis that has antibiosis, anti-smell property, anti-oxidation, immunity, and anti-inflammation operation, an EM-X (Effective Microorganism-X) ceramic formed using effective micro-organism, and a permanent magnet or is installed at one side of a water pipe in such a manner that water flows through the water treatment apparatus of the present invention.

Background Art
Generally, water pipes adapted to supply water to each building and home are over aged and damaged, so that water leakage problem occurs. In addition, the life span of the water pipes is decreased. A proper maintenance is urgently needed. Various harmful microorganism or harmful substances are inputted into city water through the aged water pipe.

In order to substantially remove various harmful microorganism and harmful substances inputted through the aged water pipe, the existing city pipes

should be exchanged with new pipes, or the aged water pipes should be cleaned. Certain waterproof agents are inputted. In order to remove the above harmful substances, city water is treated using ozone or chemical.

However, the above methods need big size systems. The cost is too high. Therefore, small sized companies cannot install the above system. The harmful microorganism and harmful substances that have been previously generated cannot be processed.

In order to overcome the above problems, according to one method method, opposite permanent magnets are installed at both sides of the water pipe, so that water molecular flowing through the permanent magnets are magnetized by the magnetic forces of the permanent magnets, and resonant phenomenon occurs by vibrations, so that water is divided into micro particles, whereby water is changed into hexagonal molecular structures. In another method, water molecular is activated using far infrared ray by installing a certain far infrared ray emission substance for thereby improving the water quality.

According to the apparatus for cleaning pipes based on multi-polarity magnetic force and far infrared ray methods of the Korean patent application No.

396149, permanent magnets are installed in the interior of the water pipe, and a plurality of ceramics are connected using stainless wires in series in the interior of the water pipe, so that water flowing in the water pipe is affected by magnetic force and far infrared ray, whereby polarity of water molecular is divided into plus and minus polarities, and water activated with molecular levels and

changed into micro particles has a high penetration force and solvent property.

However, in the above apparatus for cleaning pipes based on multi- polarity magnetic force and far infrared ray methods, since the far infrared ray emission ceramic is connected in series by stainless wires in the interior of the water pipe, it is impossible to connect the ceramic with stainless wire. In addition, the ceramic may be separated from the stainless wire by the pressure of the water flowing in the water pipes.

Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-described problems encountered in the conventional art.

Preferably, magnets, magnet fixtures, etc. that are provided in the interiors of the left and right casings and that are spray-coated or are precipitation-coated by a mixture of propolis powder of 2 through 98 weight%, andEM-X ceramic of 100 through 1000 mesh of 98 through 2 weight%.

To achieve the above objects, in a water treatment apparatus that includes a cylindrical casing, an internal pipe through which water flows in the interior of the casing, a permanent magnet installed at an outer surface of the internal pipe, and an external water flow pipe capable of connecting the casing with an external water pipe or a water supply pipe, there is provided a water treatment apparatus using propolis, comprising improved casing or internal pipe fabricated in a such a manner that propolis powder of 1 through 10 weight%, EM-X ceramic of 10 through 1000 mesh of 2 through 11 weight%, and synthetic resin of 97 through 88 weight% with respect to the whole weight are mixed, and the mixture is liquefied at a temperature of about 100 through300 C for thereby fabricating the casings or internal pipe.

In addition, a certain shaped groove is formed at one surface of the internal pipe through which water flows, and the permanent magnet is installed in the groove in such a manner that the N-and S-poles of the permanent magnet installed at an outer surface of the internal pipe are opposite to each other.

As shown in Figure 1, a water treatment apparatus installed at both surfaces of a water pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes left and right casings 20 and 30 that have contact surfaces 21 and 31 contacting with a water pipe 50 and are installed at both sides of the water pipe, and a plurality of permanent magnets 40 fixed in the interiors of the left and right casings 20 and 30.

As shown in Figure 2, the contact surfaces 21 and 31 contacting with the water pipe 50 have slipping prevention shoulders for thereby preventing the

circular water pipe 50 from being slipped and stably fixing the same.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, magnet fixtures 22 and 32 are installed in the interiors of the left and right casings for supporting the permanent magnets.

The permanent magnets 40 are installed at the magnet fixtures 22 and 32. The permanent magnets 40 engaged at the left and right casings are designed and arranged to have opposite polarities. Namely, the N-pole of the permanent magnet engaged at one side of the casing is arranged to face the contact surface, and the S-pole of the permanent magnet engaged to the other casing is arranged to face the contact surface. Therefore, the water flowing through the water pipe 50 passing through the contact surfaces 21 and31 is magnetized by magnetic force, far infrared ray, and wave energy of propolis, and the structures of water molecular generate rotation, resonance and elongation and contraction phenomenon for thereby decomposing water structures and changing into micro particles.

The engaging protrusions 23 and 23'and engaging grooves 24 and 24' are matched for engaging the left and right casings at one side of the contact surfaces of the left and right casing. Therefore, the engaging protrusions 23 and 23'formed at the casing of one side are engaged with the engaging grooves 24 and 24'formed at the casing of the other side based on the magnetic forces of the opposite permanent magnets. The engaging protrusions 23 and 23'cannot be easily disengaged from the engaging grooves 24 and 24'.

The left and right casings 20 and 30 are fabricated using propolis powder of 1 through 10 weight%, EM-X ceramic of 2 through 11 weight%, and synthetic resin of 97 through 88 weight% with respect to the whole mixture weight, and the mixture is liquefied at a temperature of about 100 through300 C.

Generally, propolis is a resin material extracted from various plants. The components of propolis are natural anti-biotic substances formed of resin of 50%, beeswax of 30%, oily component such as essential oil, etc. , of 10%, pollen of 5%, and organic and mineral substances of 5%. Propolis has a function of inhibiting protein composition by Bacillus Subtilis, Staphylococcus, Trichophyton, Colon Bacillus, Trichomonas, Salmonella, etc. , so that propolis has an excellent antibiotic function. Cell membranes are enhanced, and operations of cells are activated. In addition, propolis has an anti-allergy function, labor pain function, bleeding stop function, antiphlogistic function, and immunity function of living body for thereby inhibiting activation oxygen.

There may be some differences based on the kinds of plants as a result of analysis using MRA with respect to propolis, but the following wave values of Table 1 are obtained.

Propolis added for fabricating the casing of the present invention is inputted by the amount of 1 through 10 weight% with respect to the whole weight of the powder. At this time, when the added amount of propolis is below 1 weight%, the antibiotic function and anti-virus function of propolis may be decreased. When the added amount of propolis is above 10 weight%, the amount of the synthetic resin added is decreased, so that the hardness of the casing is increased when fabricating the left and right casings of the water treatment apparatus of the present invention, whereby it may be easily broken.

The EM-X ceramic of the present invention is fabricated in such a

manner that EM (Effective Microorganism) capable of inhibiting harmful microorganism and activating useful microorganism is mixed with mineral powder and yellow earth and is heated at a high temperature for example 600 through1200 C. The EM-X ceramic maintains an anti-oxidation property that is an inherent function of EM, and a far infrared ray emission function that is a property of mineral powder and yellow earth.

Thethusly fabricated EM-X ceramic is ground with 100 through 1000 mesh and is added by the amount of 2 through 11 weight% with respect to the whole weight. At this time, when the added amount of the EM-X ceramic is below 2 weight%, the anti-oxidation function and far infrared ray emission function of the EM-X ceramic may be decreased. When the added amount of the EM-X ceramic is above 11 weight%, the added amount of the synthetic resin is decreased, so that the hardness of the casing is increased, and the casing can be easily broken when fabricating the left and right casings of the present invention.

In addition, the synthetic resin of the present invention may be PVC, PE, PP, ABS, PA, PET, etc. Most preferably, the synthetic resin is ABS.

The synthetic resin is added by the amount of 97 through 88 weight% with respect to the whole weight. At this time, when the added amount of the synthetic resin is below 88 weight%, the mixed amount of propolis and EM-X ceramic is relatively increased, so that the hardness of the casing is increased, and the casing may be easily broken when fabricating the left and right casings

of the present invention. When the added amount of the synthetic resin is above 97 weight%, the properties of propolis and EM-X ceramic are decreased.

Thereafter, the mixture of propolis, EM-X ceramic powder, and synthetic resin is liquefied at a temperature of about 100 through300 C and is molded to fabricate a certain casing.

After the casings are fabricated using the synthetic resin, a mixture of propolis of 5 through 20 weight%, EM-X ceramic of 100 through 1000 mesh of 5 through 20 weight%, paint of 90 through 75 weight% such as epoxy with respect to the whole weight is sprayed on or precipitates the permanent magnets, magnet fixtures, etc. installed in the interior of the casings. At this time, when the added amount of paint is above 90 weight%, the properties of propolis and EM-X ceramic are decreased. When the added amount of paint is below 75 weight%, the added amount of propolis and EM-X ceramic is increased, so that it is not economical.

The casings are molded by mixing propolis, EM-X ceramic and synthetic resin in the above-described methods, and a mixture of propolis and EM-X ceramic is coated on or precipitates the magnets and magnet fixtures provided in the interior of the casings for thereby enhancing the performances of the casings.

As seen in Table 4, various bacteria, harmful metals and harmful metallic ions were not detected from water that was treated by the water treatment apparatus fabricated using a mixture of propolis, EM-X ceramic powder and

synthetic resin. In addition, pH, turbidity, color and vaporization remains were significantly decreased, so that the water treated by the water treatment apparatus was edible.

As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the water treatment apparatus installed at a water pipe according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a cylindrical casing 51, at least one internal pipe 53 through which water inputted into the cylindrical casing flows, permanent magnets 54 and 54'engaged at a magnet fixture 55 formed at an outer side of the internal pipe, and an external water pipe 52 capable of connecting a cylindrical casing at a certain external water pipe or a water supply pipe.

At this time, the cylindrical casing 51 and the internal pipe 53 are fabricated in such a manner that propolis powder of 1 through 10 weight%, EM- X ceramic of 2 through 11 weight% and synthetic resin of 97 through 88 weight% are mixed with respect to the whole weight, and the mixture is liquefied at a temperature of about 100 through300 C for thereby fabricating a certain casing.

The internal pipe 53 may be installed in various methods based on the size of the cylindrical casing. The magnet fixture by which the permanent magnets are fixed is installed at an outer side of the internal pipe 53, and the permanent magnets are installed at the magnet fixture, so that water flowing through the internal pipe 53 is affected by the magnetic force lines generated by the permanent magnets. At this time, the permanent magnet 54 is installed at

the outer side of the internal pipe 53 by the following method. When the permanent magnet is the N-pole, the opposite permanent magnet is installed to cross the S-pole, so that water flowing through the internal pipe 53 is affected and magnetized by magnetic force line, far infrared ray, and wave energy of propolis. Therefore, the larger structure of the water molecular is treated based on rotation, resonance and contraction for thereby changing the structure of water molecular to micro particles.

As shown in Figure 7, the cylindrical water treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes a cylindrical casing 51, at least one internal pipe 53 through which water inputted into the cylindrical casing flows, a permanent magnet 54 engaged at a magnet fixture 55 formed at an outer side of the internal pipe, and an external water pipe 52 capable of connecting a cylindrical casing at a certain external water pipe or a water supply pipe, a certain shaped groove formed in the interior of the internal pipe, and a permanent magnet 57engaged at the groove and installed opposite to the permanent magnet engaged at the magnet fixture.

When the permanent magnet 57 is engaged in the interior of the internal pipe 53, the water flowing through the internal pipe directly contacts with the permanent magnets, so that rotation or resonance phenomenon occurs in water molecular, whereby water molecular structures are decomposed and changed to micro particles.

In addition, a mixture of propolis of 5 through 20 weight%, EM-X ceramic

of 100 through 1000 mesh of 5 through 20 weight% and paint of 90 through 75 weight% such as epoxy, etc. may be coated on or may precipitate the magnets, magnet fixture, etc. installed in the interior of the casing after the casing is fabricated using the synthetic resin.

Industrial Applicability
As described above, in the water treatment apparatus using propolis according to the present invention, since the casings are fabricated using a mixture of propolis, EM-X ceramic and synthetic resin, the molecular structure of water flowing through the casings is changed to micro particles and activated, and various bacteria and harmful substances are removed by wave energy of propolis and far infrared ray of EM-X ceramic, so that water is properly activated and changed to edible water.

In addition, propolis, EM-X ceramic and synthetic resin are attached to one side of the water pipe, and the casings of the water treatment apparatus through which water flows are directly inserted into the water treatment apparatus or water pipe that affects the water flowing through the water pipe.

Therefore, it is possible to easily implement the present invention without additionally attaching a far infrared ray emission material.

Stacks, scale, slime, etc. can be physically removed by activating the water molecular flowing through the water treatment apparatus of the present invention, so that the life span of the water pipe is extended, and the

maintenance cost is decreased for thereby achieving various economical advantages. In addition, the surrounding portions of the water treatment apparatus having high bacteria propagations may have antibiotic and anti- oxidation functions.

In addition, since the water treatment apparatus of the present invention may be installed in a water purifier, it is possible to obtain many advantages such as water activation, foreign substance removal and extension of filter exchange time.
